Honey Processed coffees are dried with fruit still present on the beans which absorb the sweetness and you can taste this in the cup. Tropical fruit with dark chocolate are what we experience with these beans.
We enjoy this coffee as an Americano - no milk. Or we make it using a cafetiere.
